Customer/User means any person using the platform to search, book, or access vehicle services.
Driver/Partner means any independent driver, vehicle owner, acting driver, delivery operator, or travel operator registered on the platform.
Subscription Plan means the paid access model applicable to Drivers/Partners for using platform services.
Services means booking, listing, search, directory, communication, and related digital facilitation services provided through the platform.
Freedom Taxi is a technology-based marketplace platform that enables Customers to connect with independent Drivers, Vehicle Owners, Delivery Operators, Acting Drivers, and Travel Companies.
Freedom Taxi:
Does not own all listed vehicles;
Does not employ Drivers as employees unless specifically stated;
Does not provide transportation directly;
Acts solely as an intermediary technology platform.
The Company is not responsible for the actual transportation services rendered by independent service providers.
To use the platform:
Users must be at least 18 years old;
Users must provide accurate and complete information;
Drivers must possess valid licenses, permits, registrations, and insurance documents as required under Indian law.
Freedom Taxi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
Users may be required to register an account to access certain features.
Users are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials;
All activities conducted under their accounts;
Providing updated and accurate information.
Freedom Taxi may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Drivers and Partners may be required to pay subscription fees to access platform services and features.
Subscription charges may vary based on plans and regions;
Fees once paid may be non-refundable except where legally required;
Subscription does not guarantee bookings, earnings, or customer availability;
Freedom Taxi reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or features at any time.
Failure to renew subscriptions may result in restricted access to platform services.
Customers may use the platform free of charge to:
Search vehicles;
Contact Drivers or Partners;
Book available services.
Freedom Taxi does not guarantee:
Vehicle availability;
Ride acceptance;
Estimated arrival times;
Trip completion.
All bookings are subject to Driver acceptance and availability.
Ride fares, delivery charges, or service fees may be:
Fixed,
Negotiated,
Estimated,
Or independently determined by Drivers/Partners.
Freedom Taxi is not liable for pricing disputes between Customers and independent service providers.
Payment processing may involve third-party payment gateways.
Users agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, tolls, parking fees, and additional charges associated with services.
Users agree NOT to:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes;
Provide false information;
Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others;
Damage vehicles or property;
Engage in fraudulent activities;
Attempt unauthorized access to the platform;
Upload harmful software or malicious content.
Freedom Taxi reserves the right to remove users violating these Terms.
Drivers and Partners are solely responsible for:
Valid licenses and permits;
Vehicle condition and maintenance;
Insurance coverage;
Compliance with transport laws;
Passenger and goods safety;
Taxes and statutory obligations.
Drivers are independent service providers and not employees, agents, or representatives of Freedom Taxi unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Users engaging acting drivers, delivery trucks, or logistics services acknowledge that:
Services are independently provided by third-party Drivers/Partners;
Freedom Taxi is only a facilitation platform;
Users assume risks associated with such engagements.
Users are advised to verify service provider credentials independently.
Freedom Taxi may allow listing of:
Travel agencies,
Vehicle rental companies,
Transport operators,
Related business services.
Freedom Taxi does not guarantee:
Authenticity,
Service quality,
Licensing status,
Business performance of listed entities.
Users interact with listed businesses at their own discretion and risk.
The platform may collect real-time GPS location data for:
Booking functionality,
Route optimization,
Safety features,
Driver tracking,
Nearby vehicle matching.
By using the platform, users consent to location tracking during active usage.
Cancellation charges, if any, may vary based on:
Driver policies,
Distance traveled,
Waiting time,
Service category.
Freedom Taxi reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
The platform may integrate with third-party:
Payment gateways,
Maps and navigation providers,
SMS/OTP services,
Analytics tools.
Freedom Taxi is not responsible for failures, interruptions, or damages caused by third-party services.
All platform content including:
Logos,
Branding,
App design,
Software,
Graphics,
Text,
Trademarks
are the intellectual property of Freedom Taxi unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Taxi shall not be liable for:
Driver or customer misconduct;
Accidents or injuries;
Loss of goods;
Service delays;
Vehicle damage;
Fraudulent activities by third parties;
Loss of profits or indirect damages.
Users utilize the platform entirely at their own risk.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Taxi, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from:
Claims,
Damages,
Liabilities,
Legal expenses,
Losses
arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Freedom Taxi reserves the right to:
Suspend,
Restrict,
Or permanently terminate accounts
without prior notice for:
Policy violations,
Fraud,
Misconduct,
Legal non-compliance,
Harmful activities.

Freedom Taxi shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including:
